In Alberta, Paralegals exist in a limbo: generally we work under lawyers; however, there are a few of us who have a vision to provide professional, economic and ethical paralegal services to those in need but who maybe do not need a lawyer, or cannot afford one. A paralegal can provide many services, including acting as Court Agent.

 Our team has significant experience in multiple areas of law, Jason Moore has worked on multiple matters before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
